Internal Calls

1. Pick up the receiver
2. Listen for the dial tone
3. Dial the extension desired

Outside Calls

1. Pick up the receiver
2. Dial 9
3. Dial the number desired
4. After beeps dial access code

Note: for frequently called numbers use Station or Speed Dial [see below].

Hold

1. Press link button
2. Press # and 4
3. Hang up

Note: To retrieve the call, pick up the head set.

Consultation Hold

1. With the first call press link button
2. Dial the number
3. Finish the consultation
4. When the other person hangs up you will be connected to the held call
5. For external calls press link

Call Transfer

1. While you are in a call press link button
2. Dial the extension desired
3. Answer the call and hang up

Note: If the extension is busy or no one answers press link button and will be connected to the call again.

Conference Three-Way-Calling

1. Make or receive the first call
2. Press link button to put the first call on hold
3. Listen for the dial tone and make the second call
4. When the second party answers press link button again to connect all three parties

Call Forward

1. Pick up the receiver
2. Press # and 1
3. Dial the extension number where the call will be forwarded
4. Hang up

Note: Press # and 1 to cancel forward

Redial

1. Press the assigned key
2. The last number will be dialed

Call Pick Up [Assigned Groups Only]

1. Pick up the receiver
2. Dial the access code 53
3. You will be connected with the call

Mute Key

1. To mute a call press and hold down the mute button
2. To continue release the mute button

Station Speed Call

List of telephone numbers programmed on your unit, may be one or two digits.

To Record

1. Dial #7, listen for dial tone
2. Dial the code desired [i.e., 00 – 99]
3. Dial 56 + PIN [5 digit code] + # + 9
4. Dial your desired number
5. Hang up

To Use

1. Pick up the receiver
2. Dial #6, listen for dial tone
3. Dial the code desired [i.e., 00 – 99]

To Erase

1. Dial #2
2. Dial the code you wish to erase
3. Hang up

List of telephone numbers programmed on the system to be used by authorized personnel. See listing on last page.

1. Pick up the receiver
2. Dial #8, listen for dial tone
3. Dial the code desired
