This page is devoted to information on Supernova 2008ha in UGC 12682.   Basic information on this SN, including the last reported brightness, on this Supernova can be found on the main page.  Information on the original web pages for many of these images can be found on the updates and links web pages.

image Discovered by Tim Puckett, Caroline Moore, and Jack Newton (USA).   This is a pecular type Ia supernova.   There is an international collaboration studying this one. Caroline Moore it turns out, is a 14 year old girl who found this one.   Recently (6/2009) there was some media coverage on this one.   We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.   Icon generated from the discovery image.   This supernova is in the Constellation Pegasus.
