Пигмеи практически не смешиваются с "большими" сапиенсами уже довольно давно. Не скажу точно, сколько - как-то не попадалась информация. Но "от фонаря", полуинтуитивно, оценил бы по крайней мере в 50-100 тысяч лет. Они фактически образуют отдельный подвид, не просто отдельную расу.
