1.0 ACTIVITIES SCHEDULED AND ACCOMPLISHED:

1.1 Completed WF/PC-2 5984 (Absorption - Selected Galaxies)

The WF/PC-2 was used to study the morphology of galaxies TON153-FIE,
and PG329+412, at redshifts from 0.4 to 1.0, that are absorbing light from
background quasars. The absorbing galaxies were discovered from ground-based
surveys. The observation was completed with no reported anomalies.

1.2 Completed FOS/BL 6146 (FOS Location of Spectra and Aperture - Part 2)

The Faint Object Spectrograph (Blue Side) was used to conduct a test to
determine the repeatability of positioning the filter-grating wheel. All
observations were internal. Wave length and Taled calibration images was also
taken. All observations were executed as scheduled, and no anomalies were
noted.

1.3 Completed Two Sets of WF/PC-2 5655 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4 Calibration:
Internal Monitor. 2: Flats Part 2)

The WF/PC-2 was used to make a dark calibration observation. The
observation was completed as planned, and no problems were reported.

1.4 Completed FOS/RD 5697 (CIR-X1 Revisited: Spectroscopy Though the 16.6
Day Cycle)

The Faint Object Spectrograph (Red Side) was used to make observations
of the binary star system STAR-1520-5710 (which is a candidate for CIR X1, a
strong X-Ray source) to make observations throughout its 16.5669 day cycle.
The observations were executed as scheduled, and no anomalies were reported.

1.5 Completed Two Sets of WF/PC-2 6251 (Medium Deep Survey - Crafting
Test)

The WF/PC-2 was used in this continuation of the medium deep survey.
The proposal is targeting rare objects (lenses, peculiar galaxies, faint
stars) and sources related to the faint blue galaxy problem. This
observation was completed with no reported problems.

1.6 Completed WF/PC-2 5568 (WF/PC-2 Cycle 4 Calibration: Decontamination)

The WF/PC-2 was used to make internal flat field calibration
observation using the VIS lamp and the internal source as part of
decontamination operations. The observations were completed as planned, and
no problems were reported.
