Enter right ascension for equinox 2000 in hours, minutes and seconds (hh mm ss.s).
It does not need to be very accurate; the hours and minutes should be enough.
It will also accept a decimal number for the hours (hh.h), if you find that more convenient. Be sure to set the minutes and seconds to zero, if you decide to input decimal hours.
The RA is needed for background estimation.
