Weekly Report Procedures:
1) Record each real call that comes in below, including junk calls, phone
calls, and those routed to other platforms.
2) If a routed call is bounced back and re-routed, record the final
routing time and platform.
3) If there is more than a day between the received date and the final
routed date, you must explain why in the comments section.
4) Add additional rows in the table as needed.
5) After 3pm on Friday, send this completed form to GHD Lead and User
Support Lead.
