Poster Session
Registered participants presenting a poster will be issued a poster number upon arrival to the Workshop. Please be sure to place your poster in the corresponding space (push pins will be available in the poster session area). Posters will be displayed from Monday, November 27th, through Thursday, November 30th, 2006 in the cafeteria conference room (far right corner of the Cafeteria). Anyone who wishes to keep his or her original poster must remove it by 6:00 p.m. Thursday, November 30th, 2006. Posters not removed by this time will be discarded.
Do not forget to bring a hard copy of your poster to display.
NOTE: Those participants submitting a poster after November 10, 2006, names will not appear in the program, but will appear on the information board at the time of the workshop.
Area provided for each poster is: (PLEASE USE THE DIMENSIONS LISTED BELOW - SPACE IS LIMITED.)

Proceedings for Poster Book
Deadline: January 15, 20074-5 pages, with no color and no page numbers: The poster book will be published by STScI on standard 8.5" x 11" paper. If you displayed a large-size, single-page poster, please do NOT send it in that format for the poster book. For your poster to be included in the poster book, you will need to reformat it (an 8.5" x 11" format of your choice) to fit on 4-5 pages.
