The STScI Grants Management System, STGMS, developed for administration of Space Telescope grants, is a flexible solution for granting agencies, investigators,and research administrators. STScI administers General Observer, Archival Researcher, Hubble Fellows, and Educational Outreach grants with STGMS.

Grantors are linked to grantees by separate Java applications that communicate via a secure web server, providing a complete grants management solution.
