NICMOS successfully recovered to Operate mode via Ops Request 18099 at
158/18:42. The NICMOS Filter Wheel #2 moved back to its blank position as
expected. The PAM was moved to its intermediate position, PAM I at
158/20:09.

NICMOS appears to be operating nominally. A final flash report will be sent
out this evening after the next NICMOS filter wheel commanding.
