At 255/07:57:45, the NCC Safed, due to a speed violation on the
Circulator as reported by DT 120. The Startup heater was turned on via
OR#18273, the CPL continues to operate. Ops Request #18274-1was
performed to dump the History and Min/Max buffers (again) to gain
information around the event was performed. SI SE is analyzing the
data.



A briefing will be held today, September 11th, at 9am in Bldg3/S107A to
review the signature of the NCC safing event.
