The time of the status meeting in S107A has been moved back to 12
noon rather than 10:00 AM.

Ops Req 18294 (Perform NSSC-1 Hardware memory dump) was executed ~
272/05:45 (~1:45 local)

The attempt at resetting the Science Data Formatter was
unsuccessful. The NSSC-1 regulator was successfully turned on but
the attempt to dump NSSC-I memory bank 3 was unsuccessful. The
NSSC-1 regulator will be turned off during an upcoming forward link.

There will be a meeting in B3/S107A Sunday 9/28/08 at 10:00 AM to
discuss the SI C&DH Toggle test failing and the SI C&DH Safing.

The test failed at 272/00:10:41. Dumps and analysis are on-going.
