Subject: Plan for recovery from 01064 safing

HST went into safe at 064:06:38. Something with the magnetic torquers.

Merle will generate a H&S to start at 064:21 and have a +/- 24 hour duration.
We expect a science SMS to follow.

Jack, please begin looking at the 01064 for suitable recovery times. Assume a
start time of 065:21. No WFPC2 activity in the first 14 hours. No STIS
activity in the first 4 hours. Assess what was lost, if any visits should be
rescheduled immediately, and if there is important science which may be salvaged
if we were to start the science SMS earlier.
