The NICMOS cryocooler was restarted this morning. The voltage that caused
the safing is back to it's nominal value, tending to confirm the diagnosis
of an electronic upset in the SAA. The turbo-machines in the cooler have
all been started up, and the control law for cooling has been engaged. So
far everything looks good. It will probably take a few days to get an
estimate of when the NICMOS will be back down to operating temperatures.
