H&S SMS till 197:00:00 (Sun midnight UT)
H&S SMS for 197 and 198 (Mon & Tues)
plan Science SMS intercept for 199:00 (Wed)
Tuesday am STScI must tell MOSES if we can/can't make this intercept


FOS to be recovered in real time prior to 199
SMS for 199 can include FOC recovery (but no usage until week 204)

be sure to use correct pointing attitude

Week "197" replan:
- determine how to tell SPSS to use 1TR

- what are strategies for science scheduling?
* more use of critical contacts

* let observations fly with TR overflows in case MOSES
can read them. At least observation has a chance to execute.
