Subject: New replan needed

I have just been informed that we need to replan our recovery
SMS to start at 200/00:00:00 if possible due to a problem with
the command loads. I'm not fully up-to-speed on the cause of
the problem (something in the 96198 H&S SMS?). A 96.199
H&S SMS is being created.

I'd like to get together as soon as possible this afternoon and
determine whether or not we believe we can possibly recover at
96.200:00:00:00 or if we require another 24 hours. I would propose
to do no restructuring of the calendar - simply pull off what's
there and start a day later (except for the FOC recovery).

Let's get together briefly at 3:00 pm this afternoon in my office.
