Delivery Notes:
===============

There are 153 benign 69/03 errors.

These products were generated with PASS 30.12. Subsequent weeks will
use PASS 30.21.

These products used the old solar array contrainst rules. Subsequent
weeks will conform to the new rules.

TDRS shortfall resolutions required use of TDRS-171 at the following time:
1999.21:32:32 - 1999.213:23:58

This SMS contains the observations for: 08539 Using the Impact of the Lunar
Prospector into a South Polar Cold Trap to Detect Water Ice on the Moon,
to execute on day 212. This will involve a series of rapid spacecraft
motions to follow the motion of the moon. Tracking will be done under
GYRO control. SMS edits were performed to ensure proper timing between
intermediate positioning SLEWs and TRK51 tracking SLEWs.

This SMS also contains the monthly ANNEAL procedure for the STIS CCD.

One Guide Star at magnitude 14.048 is slightly below the usual faint
magnitude limit of 14.0, occuring around 1999.207:00:57:28. This
is expected and unavoidable.
