Delivery Notes:
===============

This MS/CL was built with new PASS build 30.21.

This SMS uses a guide star with magnitude 14.047 for SU 0829901 at 214:14:56:24.

There are 6 Target Offset Reuses for SU 0817103 between 220:11:42 - 220:13:42.

This SMS has one scheduled observation with a solar incidence angle larger
than the new limit of 20 deg. SU 0648801 starting at 219:07:02:30 has an
incidence angle of 23.1 deg. and has a duration of 3 orbits.

This SMS contains the first on-orbit use of STIS MAMA1 repeller off mode.
Proposal 8431, obset 02, at day 215, 20:40, contains a STIS MAMA1 TIME-TAG lamp
exposure which will be executed with the repeller wire OFF. This special
commanding was successfully run against the simulator at GSFC in June 1999.
