PASS error analysis
===================

There are 163 69/3 errors in the MS; all are benign.

The following MS error is not a problem. It is for a ROLL update prior to
a slew; there is a FULL update after the slew.

*** 297/ 3 MPARSTSEL 1999Y291D01H18M20.0000000 SMS002J FHST S9 1
NO TRACKERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE.
THE REQUESTED UPDATE CANNOT BE DONE.

The following CL1 error should be investigated by the DMS SE:

*** 2188/03 CPRSETSYM 99Y291D00H02M59.916937194 O0102900 2
*** CMD: _SET - ERROR INSERTING SYMBOL: ETRSTATE INTO GLOBAL SYMBOL FILE

The 1651/2 and 1655/2 errors in the three CLs have been investigated and
deemed acceptable.

This SMS contains proposal 8171, obset 01, which starts on day 294
at 01:27 and ends on day 294 at 03:49. These are STIS MAMA1
observations of Jupiter, and are similar to the obset which executed
on day 284 and which caused a Local Rate Check (LRC) violation on the
detector; it is possible that the day 294 observations will also cause
an LRC violation. The STScI STIS science team has authorized these
observations to proceed as this LRC violation is not considered a
health and safety concern.
