PASS error analysis
===================

MS:

There are 125 type 69, level-3 errors which have been examined and are benign.

There are 16 type-314 errors; these occur frequently and are never a problem.

There are 13 type-487 errors which occur at the following times:
2000Y136D17H12M01
2000Y136D18H41M00
2000Y137D21H15M47
2000Y138D01H45M46
2000Y140D19H34M18
2000Y141D15H49M36
2000Y141D17H57M46
2000Y141D21H10M31
2000Y141D22H54M16
2000Y142D02H20M01
2000Y142D07H30M15
2000Y142D11H11M31
2000Y142D12H54M31

All of these correspond to the times where TDRS shortfall resolutions
mandated no MA Return services and the use of TDRS 171 SSA only. These
errors are unavoidable.

CLs:

In CL1, there are type-1655 errors that loads have estimated upload time
exceeding the uplink opportunity duration times; these were examined and, in
all cases, the time available exceeds that estimated by at least a factor of 3.

There are no other CL errors of note.

Delivery Notes:
===============

This MS was run with a basefile set to trigger Science SSR dumps at 5000
blocks rather than at the default 10,000 blocks in order to better manage
data volume.

This is the first week that SSA xmtr 2 is used throughout and SSA xmtr 1 is
off.
