PASS error analysis
===================

The Mission Schedule has 60 benign 69/03 errors.

The MS has one 297/ 3 NO FHSTs AVAILABLE for a ROLL update before a SLEW.

The MS has one 514/ 3 COMMUNICATIONS REQUEST REJECTED DUE TO: NO TDRSS.
This resulted from one of the additional dump requests in the DMS Merge
and should be of no consequence as sufficient other dumps were received.

* General Notes *

This SMS contains the WFPC2 fsw RAM patch installation
procedure which includes:
(1) a WFPC2 safing recovery with old RAM load
(on day 312 00:00Z),
(2) a WFPC2 decontamination sequence,
(3) Pre-patch WFPC2 test exposures
(Proposal 8892 obsets 01, 02, A2, and 03),
(4) the RAM patch installation (on day 313 14:20Z),
(5) Post-patch WFPC2 test exposures
(Proposal 8892 obsets 05, 06, A6, 07), and
(6) Go/NoGo analysis period

**********************************
* Quick Data Turnaround Requests *
**********************************

1. Science Data Dump for WFPC2 test observations
We request quick data delivery for the WFPC2 observations
which will be used to analyze WFPC2 operations with and
without the new RAM patch. These observations are from
proposal 8892 obsets 01, 02, A2, 03, 05, 06, A6, and 07.
We request that these data be in the hands of the STScI
WFPC2 science analysis team by 6am Thursday, November 9.

2. Engineering Data Dump for WFPC2 test observations
We request quick data delivery for the engineering telemetry
associated with the WPFC2 test proposal 8892. These
observations occur between day 313 4:30Z to 14:00Z and
between day 313 19:30Z to day 314 5:00Z. We request that
these data be in the hands of the SISEs and STScI engineering
staff by 6am Thursday, November 9.

**************************
* Realtime SI commanding *
**************************

There are three decision points built into the
WFPC2 fsw RAM patch procedure. The first takes place
for the initial RAM verification, the second is for the
RAM patch verification and the final one is for
the restart GO science timeline decision. For
each decision point, the same realtime action (Safe
WFPC2) would be requested if verification failed.

So, we need to identify contact windows to use
if the safing request is necessary. Here are the
approximate times.

Window Reason for action day time
-------------------------------------------------
#1 RAM not correct or 312 10:00-12:25Z
abort WFPC2 ops

#2 RAM patch not correct 313 18:30-19:25Z

#3 Post-patch operations 314 22:00-24:00Z
not correct
