PASS error analysis
===================

There are 153 of the 69/ 3 errors in the MS. All are benign.

There is also one 471 error in the MS which is new with PASS 31.20.
It is purely informational and is of no impact.


CL#1 has 1655/02 messages for LOAD N14A3710A.
There are two other uplink opportunities, resulting in a total of
73.61 minutes of UPLINK OPPORTUNITY DURATION TIME, more than 2.5 times
the ESTIMATED UPLINK DURATION TIME of ( 14.51 MIN.)

CL#7 has 1655/02 messages for LOAD Q13A4540G.
There are three other uplink opportunities, resulting in a total of
86.31 minutes of UPLINK OPPORTUNITY DURATION TIME, more than 2.5 times
the UPLINK OPPORTUNITY DURATION TIME of ( 13.57 MIN.)
