Delivery Notes:
===============

The battery reconditioning window is ~141:01:00 to ~143:05:30.
Note: since we did not know the window for the pseudo-continuous
engineering record, it has NOT been included in the SMS. Also,
addition TDRS coverage during shadow was NOT included as the
window needed was not known. Both will need to be worked by
the SEs and the FOT as necessary.

There are requirements for expedited data delivery on this SMS
for program 9009. An addendum will be sent later.

Summary of SRT Processing Messages:

The SRT error message 14.047, "Improper mechanism
configuration for ACS SBC exposure" is due to special
commanding for the ACS Fold Test, proposal 9009.
The proposal intentionally requests a DARK exposure
when the setup in place is for a lamp exposure. The
message is expected and waived.

**********

The Commanding Team has completed its review of
the 021407CA Flight SMS and have found no problems.
Their input to the delivery letter is given below:

**************************************************
Commanding Notes for Flight SMS 021407CA
**************************************************

The SMS contains the revised ACS SBC Fold Test
(proposal 9009), which has been modified in response
to the software global rate violation which occurred
on day 129. The test begins on day 140 at 18:04 UT.
ACS event flag 2 is currently set and must be cleared
prior to that time for the test to run.

There is special commanding on this SMS for STIS
proposal 8916. On day 140 at 19:16 UT the MSM
position for the G140L grating is set to its original
launch value for several exposures. AT 19:28 UT it
is set back to its present value. This special
commanding is a continuation of similar visits
successfully completed in 2001. The most recent
visit was on SMS 013438D6.
