these products has been successfully transmitted via File Transport

PASS error analysis
===================

MS: Level-3 errors:

There is/are: 283 benign type-69 errors.

1 type-110 error which has been examined by PASS and is for
informational purposes only; it has to do with different
algorithms for calculating orbital events near the ST poles.

1 312 error at the end of the week where a roll update has
been substituted for a full one. It has no impact since there
is no slew to a new target after this so no chance for a
compromised GS acquisition.

1 589 for 13 Replace SARs. They were sent to the NCC, and a
new TDRS file and CL was generated so that the MS, CL, and
TDRS file are consistent.

Delivery Notes:
===============

The Commanding Team has completed its
review of the 022658E4 Flight SMS and
have found no problems. Our input for the
delivery letter follows:

**************************************************
Commanding Notes for Flight SMS 022658E4
**************************************************

The start of this SMS erases two RTCSs (MPSSBCT
and NSAFBCT) which are alternate safing sequences
for the Payload and NICMOS and which were available
during last week's planned battery capacity test on
flight SMS 022597H2.

There is an ITS test for FGS2R on this SMS. It occurs in the
period between 17:00 UT and 17:07 UT on day 266.

The backup transmitter, #1, was used to resolve datas volume
problems at the following times:

267 01:55:16 267 02:24:15
267 03:38:16 267 04:07:15
267 05:58:15 267 06:17:39

267 16:31:17 267 16:46:19
267 19:08:21 267 19:37:20

Finally, note that this SMS starts 4 hours early at 20:00 UT on
day 265.
