Commanding Notes for Flight SMS 041901A2
********************************************

This Health and Safety SMS includes recovery of
instruments as required. Due to the length required for the
nominal STIS recovery, in this SMS it is recovered through
the turning on of the MAMA1 detector. MAMA2 recovery
will be executed on the next SMS. There is no commanding of
WFII required. NICMOS and ACS are recovered
in this SMS. The beginning times of instrument recoveries
are:

STIS 7:00 UT
ACS 12:00 UT
NICMOS 13:00 UT

Because this is a cold start SMS, the alternate safing
sequences for
battery capacity tests, MPSSBCT (payload) and NSAFBCT
(NICMOS) are loaded and inhibited into slots 38 and 39
respectively.
In addition the temporary payload safing sequence MPSSTMP
is loaded and inhibited into slot 40. This occurs at 16:14 UT
on day 120.
