Commanding Notes for Flight SMS 042087B5
****************************************

Note that a battery capcity test is scheduled for this
SMS. The two RTCSs that are alternate Payload and NICMOS
safing sequences and that are to be available for the planned
battery capacity test were last loaded on SMS 041901A2.
Please note that the alternate Payload safing sequence
includes the NSSC-1 clear command just prior to the regulator
off commands.

The safing sequence pointers should be modified to point
to these alternate safing sequences, MPSSBCT (index number 38)
and NSAFBCT (index number 39), just prior to the beginning of
the battery test as part of the OPS request. After the test
completes, the pointers should again be modified to point to
the standard safing sequences.
