PASS error analysis
===================

MS: There are 5 of the ever-present type-69 errors which are benign.

There is a 527 level-3 error and associated 545 level-2 due to end-of-
HST-day occurring less than 2m into the calendar period. PASS s/w
generates an AUTOGROUP cmd. placing it 2m earlier and hence before the
calendar start. It is a NOOP cmd., and this `error' occurs in roughly 2%
of the SMSes. It has been examined by John Lecourt of the PASS group
(ESSG) who signed off on it.

CL: There are no errors of any consequence.
