Engineering dumps
*****************

This SMS contains one engineering dump per day. This is in support of
the staged transition to AOD.

********************************************
MA Transmitter Lifetime Extension Initiative
********************************************

TDRS events have been explicitly deleted from the NCC schedule
following procedures developed under the MA Transmitter
Lifetime Extension Initiative. The number of TDRS events
removed was 64 out of an original count of 209.

No TDRS events were removed during the time period of
2010.347:13:00:00 to 2010.347:18:30:00 to retain support
for the COS FSW activation starting around 15 UT.

Commanding Notes for Flight SMS 103477A7 Delivery Letter
********************************************************

The Commanding Team has completed its review
of flight SMS 103477A7 and has found no problems.

This SMS contains commanding for activating the new
COS FSW, installed during the previous SMS. Activities
to transition COS to Boot (a DCE dump, detector off recons,
and SI to Boot recon) begin at 347/15:08 UT. The transition
of the SI from Boot to Operate, which activates the new FSW,
begins at 347/15:26. The instrument and detectors are back
to their nominal non-observing states by 347/16:11.
