Commanding Notes for Flight SMS 113607a8 Delivery Letter
********************************************************

The Commanding Team has completed its review
of flight SMS 113607a8 and has found no problems.

This SMS contains the first STIS CCD anneal since
a time code update was added to the return from anneal
commanding. It was added to assure an update on a
regular basis to prevent potential instrument
clock rollover. It occurs on this SMS at 360/23:38 UT.
