The Commanding Team has completed its review
of flight SMS 121147a4 and has found no problems.

This SMS contains commanding for the first instance
of a WFC3 "IR Cold" anneal. The commanding begins
at 116/19:06. The 12 hour anneal "exposure" begins
at 116/22:17. The return to nominal ends roughly
at 117/13:26.
