Non-standard engineering dump profile:
*************************************

Note that due to an unusually sparse NCC support schedule on
day 14.050, most SA return service time this day are needed for
science return. Therefore, there is not enough time to fully
empty the engineering recorder as normal. About 1/3 of recorded
engineering data remains onboard on this day. This data is
scheduled to be dumped the following day.

*************************************
PASS Release 33.94 used for this SMS:
*************************************

As planned, this SMS was generated using PASS 33.94. This release
includes the capability in Mission Scheduler to prevent scheduling
of SSR dumps during modeled periods of RFI events. That capability
has been activated beginning with this SMS. A new section of the
delivery letter is included which reports any RFI impacted SSR dump
events. As this report shows here, no SSR dumps have been scheduled
during modeled RFI periods for this SMS.

MA Transmitter Lifetime Extension Initiative
********************************************

TDRS events have been explicitly deleted from the NCC schedule
following procedures developed under the MA Transmitter
Lifetime Extension Initiative. The number of TDRS events
removed was 88 out of an original count of 201.
