TDRS events have been explicitly deleted from the NCC schedule
following procedures developed under the MA Transmitter
Lifetime Extension Initiative. The number of TDRS events
removed was 89 out of an original count of 201.

However no events were removed in the following time frames
to ensure contacts needed to support the 486 FSW 4.0A install
on day 140 remained.
