14041
from Adler:
o Before seeing if I can find some better SAA hiders, I take a look at
jrc041a8. I work to see if I can get Bean SHOULD 1346712 on, since it
would be good to get it out of the way. I'm able to do so at the expense
of a CAN, and add a supersnap, to boot. Net gain of two orbits.

o I then take a look at the 3+ hour gap earlier on the calendar; some juggling
takes care of the gap and nets another orbit.

o I then swap a couple of 13346 visits to get around the overlight issue Jim
noted. Saved to dsa041a7. No more hiders necessary...

from Caplinger:

o Starting with Dave's dsa041a7 (thanks!) to see where Can 1340601 might fit;
conflicting scheduling requirements kept it from appearing in yesterday's LRP
pull. But it won't fit without dropping a longer Can or Should at this
point.

o No new SuperSnaps go in. Scheduled the ACS/WFC anneal for day 44; saved
jrc041b0. 9 Snaps add; saved to snp041af. But a few of them trigger WFC3/IR
overlights. Reworked most, but one spot will have to go unfilled. Saved
jrc041b2. Ending ACS transitions look good.

o Saved 140417a2x, subsetted, saved 140417a2, and baselined. Link report looks
good. Cold attitude check fails - simplest fix is to replace one of the
Snaps. Found a replacement that appears to work - saved jrc041b4.

o Saved 140417a3x, subsetted, saved 140417a3, and baselined. Cold attitude
check passes this time; WFC3/IR overlight also passes. Gyro bias shows a
9.5 hr Warning surrounding 5-orbit Should 1346712 - looks like it's doing
spatial scans. Should be fine.

o ccl_gsselect ran into a Fortran error:

...Determining GS pairs to select:

Abort

****** FORTRAN RUN-TIME SYSTEM ******

-7>

Merle is checking into it; continuing with the rest of the calendar in the
meantime.

o Attached parallels already attached; ditto the ACS/WFC anneal. Earthcals all
add as Interleavers; saved jrc041b5. Added all Must-Pars; saved jrc041b6.

o Merle corrected the GS problem, so returned to GS selection of 140417a3. No
errors, but it reports Low Prob guidestars for SuperSnap 1354201 (3994304149
and 3994302202). Both have been used before; asked Merle to review the
batch. The PC for Snap 1336498 (Beth) confirms the target placement (one of
the pointings is just outside WFC3). Merle recommends using GS pair
N8JL000659F1N8JL000127F2 for 1362304, since N8JL000632 is among some
nebulosity (he can't flag it bad just yet, since it's used by 1362302 on the
140347c8 calendar). The Low Prob GSs are fine; rest of DSS and FOV look
good.

o Scheduled the rest of the Should & Can Pars without trouble - all get in.
Saved jrc041b7. 4 WFC3 blob mons get in; saved jrc041b8. Added the end
boundary SUs, saved jrc041b9. Verified ending ACS transitions and final
slew. Saved 140417a4x, subsetted, saved 140417a4, and baselined. Final link
check is good.

o Re-selected GS, and updated 1362304 to use N8JL000659F1N8JL000127F2. DSS and
FOV look good.

o Calcheck finds a few funnies, but nothing to prevent a Pass:

o No. 17: Bay 5 heating / STISL layout check complains about the first STISL
turn-on; it stars right after TABLE07 as planned. Pass.

o No. 18: Special commanding:

o No 23: Bright Object alerts shows a few Waivers Requested, but no problems.
Pass.

o No. 29: Gyro Bias shows the Warning surrounding 5-orbit spatial scan
1346712:

2014.046:02:49:13 - 2014.046:12:21:16 = 0:09:32:03 -- Warning
Preferred gyro bias update time window of 0:08:00:00 is not met.

Pass.

o Generated the SMS. SRT check shows lots of messages similar to

STIS - 13.048
-------------
WARNING -- A STIS mechanism is in the wrong position for an exposure.
TEXT block specified MSM = MIRVIS, current position = Absolute

Current SMS Statement : CGR0400A
SMS Statement Time : 2014.044:10:18:29.000

which run on 2014.044 from 10:18:29 through 11:32:38. The timing corresponds
with STIS pars 13545 03-05 (note Special Commanding check already flagged
them). I believe they're expected and will Pass them unless told otherwise.
Rest of SMS checklist Passes without trouble.

o Ran the Friday notifications and returned snaps based on 140417a4.
