Overlit visits from checklist are all expected: 14381A2 (part of persistence
pair), 143271M follows the pair but has plenty of room after the last real
overlighting exposure, and 14453 42-44 worst actor linkset.

Gyro bias error:
2016.103:07:10:21 - 2016.103:22:33:56 = 0:15:23:35 -- Error
Minimum gyro bias update time window of 0:08:50:00 is not met.
Merle mentioned the possibility of an onboard bias update at the end of some
of these affected orbits, but it won't be confirmed until a PASS run- to be
further investigated next week.

Ran OBAD check, no new 'Examine's, so now it's time to fix 'em all:

o Scheduled STIS anneal (jef102d1), two of the 14380 internal persistence SUs
(jef102d2), parallels (jef102d3), 1 WFC3 blob monitor (jef102d4), and end
boundary SUs (jef102d5).

o Saved 161027a3x, subsetted & baselined 161027a3. Links are good. Selected
guide stars. One looks to be a diffuse source in DSS image - N4R8000106,
primary GS for Obset: 14080:15:01. Alerted Merle. All looks well in fov.

o GS flagged as bad, roll range of visit reworked - updated and rescheduled
1408015 on the latest unsubsetted calendar easily. Switched the disabled FHST
from a different OBAD issue - now FHST-1 is disabled for this visit. Saved
to jef102e2.

o Saved 161027a4x, subsetted & baselined 161027a4. Selected guide stars, only
change in selection is for our reworked visit, expected. The new pair looks
good in DSS images and fov.

o Ran full checklist, no red flags! A couple of new acceptable overlit visits:
1426015 legally follows a persistence monitoring internal visit, and blob
monitor 143922S is overlit.

o Generated SMS 161027a4. SRT shows:

161027a5. Selected guide stars, ran full checklist, returned snaps, generated
and checklisted SMS. Ready to send to PASS on Monday!
