Lodging Information

A limited number of rooms are reserved at the Colonnade and Cross Keys for participants registering before August 22, 1997. These rooms can be reserved online using the Registration Form---please note that one night's deposit is required to hold a room. After August 22, all participants are responsible for arranging their own lodging and must contact the hotels directly.

Deposits

All hotels will require a deposit equal to one night's charges (rate + tax) to hold a room. This payment can be made by credit card if calling the hotel directly, or if calling the Institute to reserve a room at the Colonnade or Cross Keys.

Shuttle Service

The Inn at the Colonnade and the Broadview are within easy walking distance. Shuttle service will be arranged to the Cross Keys Inn. The Clarion will provide shuttle service upon request. No shuttle service is available to the Red Roof Inn.

Sharing Rooms

Participants wishing to share rooms are responsible for coordinating this with other attendees. A space is available on the online registration form to indicate the name of a person you are sharing a room with, but STScI will not coordinate room sharing.
