A block of rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree Inn at the Colonnade, a short walk from the Institute, and at the Cross Keys Inn. A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at either hotel.
Before April 1, 1998, you can register and reserve a hotel room through Cheryl Schmidt at the reduced rates. The rooms will be released after this date. Rooms are limited at both hotels, so register early! Participants are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements after April 1, 1998. The required deposit is equivalent to one night's stay and can be paid by credit card or check.
The registration form provides a space for names of people you plan to share a room with, however, coordinating a shared room is your responsibility, not STScI's.
