Qualified Success

I resolved the problems with setup.py test, so the tests now run all the way to conclusion. The fix involved adding a glob pattern to setup_configure.py in sphere/tests that matched the data files. There are some smaller issues I am trying to resolve: a warning message about a missing configuration file, sphere.cfg, and making sure that setup runs all the tests,
