Same as RGS# BADPIX 0005.CCF because of the uplink of old bad pixel tables to the RGS in­
struments on August 14 2001.
3 Scientific Impact of this Update
It is correctly interpreting what is uplinked to on­board for bad pixel rejection since August 14, 2001
(eg. 2 additional hot columns on RGS 1, and 1 in RGS 2). It is anticipated that this period will
end by September 28, 2001, and that from that on a new issue of CCF Badpix will be necessary.
The impact of the additional hot columns is negligible.
With respect to the not uplinked bad pixels, there are no changes to the former (0006 and 0005)
issues.

5 Expected Updates
An update will be necessary after the next upload of bad pixel tables to the instrument (anticipated
to happen on September 28, 2001). Concerning the uplinked hot pixels, the entries will be probably
the same as in RGS# BADPIX 0005 files.
