The CCF file badpix lists detector pixels which show a non­nominal behaviour. Currently the
areas showing edge emission (based on CSL data) and the six dim spots (based on inflight flatfields)
are included.
We expected the om badpix file to be updated, once tim16 data (both darks and flats) in the
accurate acquistion mode and more fullframe darks and flats (with correct LED setting) become
available and are analysed.
The file describes the redundant OM detector chain.

4 Estimated Scientific Quality
The sensitivity values associated with the badpixel are suitable for a rough quality flag but probably
not yet good enough for accurate correction. The safe approach is to exclude the listed bad pixels
from the analysis.
