The most recent ChangeLog entry says:

Version 1.15.7 29.05.2002 (VNY) RA and DEC keywords have been replaced 
        with RA_OBJ and DEC_OBJ in order to make it easier to run
	BARYCEN on the light curve data. The fatal error message 
	about the wrong table length in the input data file is 
	replaced with a worning. Documentation is updated.
