	the preparation for the next SAS release, the calculation of the 
	binomial error-bars disagrees with the theoretical work (they should 
	always be higher than the Poissonian errors but the task produces
	them smaller). Thus, for the current SAS release the previous algorithm
	is temporarily restored to avoid the release containing any new erroneous 
	code.
