	omsrctable_mod.f90:
	The background errors (nd the corrected background errors are calculated
	by using a corrected algorithm to fix the problem of the overestimation 
	of the corrected source count errors reported in SSC-SPR-7153.
	Additional change was made in omsrctable_mod.f90 to pass the background 
	count rate errors to the output file. Namely, two columns were added to 
	the output source list: BKG_RATE_ERR and CORR_BKG_RATE_ERR.
	More checks of the output showed that the 
	source x- and y-coordinates should be rounded to one-tenth of the pixel 
	size to make the source photometry results similar on different computers.
