optionally, HK GTI files with STDGTI extension
(one per exposure, from tabgtigen).
Their names must be standard ODF names
ending in ``HKGTI.FIT'' (i.e. HK as CCD/node number).
Alternatively, a single GTI file may be entered
through ingtiset.
optionally, bad pixels files with BADPIX extension
(one per CCD/node and per instrument).
Their names must be standard ODF names ending in ``BAD.FIT''.
