rgsfluxer combines the primary source spectrum for each exposure and specified instrument with the corresponding response matrices to produce a single fluxed spectrum for the whole observation. By default the various reflection orders are not fluxed together (parameter mergeorders), yielding one fluxed spectrum per specified reflection order. No popular standardized format exists for fluxed spectra, and the task parameters provide a variety of options.
