Developer's notes

1. if processall is set, the entire processing as specified in section 10 is repeated for all exposures and all event list files, with the exception to the call to subroutine calculateHTRFrameTimes, which is calculated only once per exposure.

2. In case there are no good frames, a GTI table with zero length column is produced.

3. The algorithm which corrects for the 'int16 wrap around' of the frame counter assumes neighboring frame numbers which are more then $2^{14}$ apart are due to overflow.
