Note on Filters:
M33 is a low mass spiral galaxy in the Local Group. It is about 10 times less massive than the Milky Way. M33 is rich in star formation as this H-alpha image shows. M33 is slightly too large to fit in one UIT field of view. This particular exposure of 690 seconds through the B5 filter imaged the sourthern half of M33. More exposures are planned for later.
M67 was observed again for 1629 seconds through the A1 filter.
Abell 1367 is a spiral-rich cluster which contains several rather blue, interacting galaxies. Approximately 100 bright galaxies are contained in one UIT frame. The exposure time was 1450 seconds through the A1 and B1 filters.
NGC 6946 is a nearby, very actively star forming galaxy which is at relatively low galactic latitude. It is a similar kind of galaxy as M83. This exposure was for 700 seconds through the A1 and B5 filters.
