The left portion of the image is simply the fwhm calculations for each of the chips in the array. On the right side is the estimated fwhm corrected for wavelength. This takes all the different filters and converts the estimated seeing as if it were in i' I believe. It is useful as a measure of the consistency of image quality across the array.
