These maximums are probably connected with the registration of multicomponent ion flow containing H + , He + , N + +O + , N 2 + +O 2 + +NO + . The total flux of ions with the energy E < 25 eV is 4ћ10 7 - 5ћ10 8 cm -2 s -1 .
