MASTER OT J035815.59+214117.9 discovery - dwarf nova outburst MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 58m 15.59s +21d 41m 17.9s on 2015-11-18.89742 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.1m (limit 18.1m). The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2010-12-03.85624 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m. Spectral observations are required.
