The Centre for Astronomical Data (CAD) of the Institute of Astronomy (INASAN) of the Russian Academy of Sciences was established in 1980 as a branch regional center of the Centre de Donnes Stellaire (CDS) with the purpose of astronomical data dissemination among Soviet and Eastern Europe astronomers and for providing the CDS with Soviet machine readable astronomical catalogues. The CAD archive is based on astronomical catalogues received from Strasbourg since 1980. ...
