It’s generated from O2 after an electric discharge (during thunderstorms, for example) and under the ultraviolet erudition. The main mass of ozone is in ozonosphere (10 - 50 km) with the maximum concentration at the 20 - 25 km of height. It is used for disinfection of the water and the air. Back .
